Western Builders grew out of a simple idea: families in New Mexico and West Texas deserve the same quality of construction that large commercial developers expect. Steven founded WestCon Commercial Industries in 2013, bringing hands-on experience across every phase of construction. That foundation in commercial work shaped how Western Builders approaches every residential project today.

In 2018, Western Builders Custom Homes launched as a dedicated residential branch of WestCon Commercial Industries. The goal was focused: deliver premier service and elite custom homes to homeowners who want more than a cookie-cutter build. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, we treat every home as if our own name were on the deed.

We serve homeowners, families, and property owners across Ruidoso, Alto, Cloudcroft, Las Cruces, El Paso, and the surrounding counties of Lincoln, Dona Ana, and Otero. Whether you are building on a mountain lot in Lincoln County or developing a commercial property near Las Cruces, we bring the same level of care and craftsmanship to every site.
